Smith Machine Bench Press
160 lbs3 sets of 8-10 reps, 1 minute rest




Cable Crossover
40 lbs
5-7 sets of 8-10 reps, 30 seconds rest

    2. free motion chest machine flies at 50 lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets - could have done 60 lbs
    3. 130 lbs x 8/6/6 reps x 3
    4. 45 lbs x 10 reps x 9
