Breakfast:
Lemon danish
3 eggs
zero cal/zero sugar energy drink
- I'm going to avoid these, I bought this a week ago and I've got a spreadsheet of technical info to fill out. This plus epic trance music will help me focus and get it done.

Lunch:
Tuna - Bumblebee White Albacore in Water
4 slices of Great Value Wheat Split Top Bread
Bunch of spinach leaves
Two string cheese pieces

Pre-workout
C4

Gym:
Bench - 160 6+ reps x3 (125 x8 warn up)
Flies between bench sets 20 lbs 10 x3 (just to keep blood flowing)
Squats - 225 4/5 reps x3 (125 x10 warmup easy)
Dumbbell press - 45 lbs 10 x3
Tread 10 minutes (60 cal lost)

Post workout
1 banana

unsweetened silk


protein powder shake

Dinner:
bowl of cracklin oat bran
0% fat free milk

Late night snack:
(I had to work until midnight to finish a report)
